We have begun to explore our book of focus for this half term, Paddington.

We began reading the story of the little bear and acted out different parts. We first looked at when Mr and Mrs Brown first met Paddington at the station and he told them about where he was from and how much he liked marmalade.

Mr Brown then took Paddington to have some tea and cream cakes at the train station cafe. He slipped and was covered in cream and jam.

Finally Mr and Mrs Brown went to get a taxi to take Paddington home but the grumpy taxi driver didn’t want a sticky jam-covered bear in his car. Paddington enjoyed the ride home and looked at all the sights of London as he passed them.
