What an exciting week we’ve had!

We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the Great Fire of London with our special visitor who brought in some amazing artefacts. She showed us a quill, a fire mark, a wooden water pipe, a bell and a fire fighters hat.

We were amazed to learn how the streets were extremely crowded with the houses being built so close together. It was hard work being part of the bucket line and transporting the water from the River Thames to the fire.
